Orders will be shipped from our international warehouse through Fedex and shipping is Free on all orders.
1) The warehouse may take 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a message once your order has been shipped.
2) You'll receive a shipment notification message that will provide you with the estimated delivery time for each package once it is shipped. Shipping time is 7-10 days. We will also provide you the tracking number when it is ready. You can view this estimated delivery time under each package in your order history at the same time.
3) In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up to date delivery date.
All international taxes or duties are included in product cost. But if you decide to refuse any shipments from curlax.com. In that case, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to curlax.com. Items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unstyled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) and with the product's package attached. The incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt.
